How do your subscriptions work?
Our subscription service delivers fresh coffee and tea directly to your door. The delivery frequency is every 3 weeks. Each order is customizable, ensuring you get the perfect blend every time. There are multiple options to choose from. If the option you are looking for is not available, you can always email us directly and pitch your needs !

Where do you source your coffee and tea from?
We source our coffee beans from Atomic Coffee Roasters, a local, family-owned business known for its high-quality and sustainably roasted coffee. Our teas come from Steven Smith Teamaker, renowned for their handcrafted, artisanal blends, which we source through Atomic Roastery

Can I create my own gift box?
Yes! You can choose from our full range of products—including coffee, tea, and merchandise—to create a personalized gift box. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any celebratory occasion, our gift boxes make thoughtful and delicious gifts. You can also give us additional pointers to make this box even more special !

How do I place an order for delivery?
Simply browse our product selection, add items to your cart, and complete the checkout process. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping information, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team. There are no long-term commitments, and you can restart whenever you're ready. Send us an email with all the information (when you want it paused, for how long, and the restart date at neebs@the-neebs.com. If you do not provide us with a restart date, your subscription will automatically restart after 9 weeks)

We currently deliver nationwide (United-States ONLY), so no matter where you are, you can enjoy our premium coffee and tea delivered right to your door.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. For subscriptions, you will receive your deliveries on a consistent schedule based on your selected frequency.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange merchandise within 10 days. Please contact our customer service team for more details on returns for coffee and tea products.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?
Yes, for gift orders or special occasions, you can schedule your delivery for a specific date. Just let us know the date in the “Anything you want to add?” box at checkout.
